To be recognised, a company needs to demonstrate; excellent working practices, improved financial performance, efficiency and quality of manufacturing.
The Business Growth category is all about demonstrating strong, sustainable growth and having a clear plan on how this will be maintained for the future. Judges are looking to recognise a business that can demonstrate measurable increase in customer base, long term sustainability of growth and product development.
