Panel Graphic is about to start production on a new and exciting medical project which has been in development for over 5 years. Due to this exciting opportunity, we now require a dedicated operative to work within our lamination departments on this project.
The role involves setting laminators to apply thin films and optical adhesives together and applying to glass panels, the ideal applicant would have high hand cutting skills (craft knives constantly in use) and attention to fine detail.
The company supplies many businesses with laminated/bonded display screens that have been applied to plastic materials and the role requires the applicant to apply adhesive materials in clean rooms and bond other films to create a finished product.
This role would only suit a person who has high standards and the ability to follow set procedures that the company has developed over many years.
The role includes:
- Setting and using laminators and optical adhesive films
- Hand Cleaning of plastic materials
- Visual Inspection of parts before and after processing
- Very high hand-eye coordination would be necessary for the role.
Along with attention to detail a good eyesight is an essential for this role.
All training will be provided by Panel Graphic.
In return you will be offered excellent rates of pay for long term stable employment with the below working hours:-
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
