Our Process: Vacuum Bonding Expertise
Our vacuum bonding process involves aligning and laminating optical plastics, PCAP touch sensors, or glass panels directly to displays in a controlled vacuum chamber, using precision-applied OCA adhesives. This eliminates air gaps, reduces internal reflections, and enhances both optical and mechanical performance.
We’ve invested in state-of-the-art vacuum chambers and industrial autoclaves to offer flawless lamination at large scales – something previously only available for small-format electronics like mobile phones.
